Braised Pork Cuban | $11
Braised mojo pork, with ham, Sopprasata, Swiss cheese, house aioli and house cured pickles, 
pressed on Le Segunda Cuban bread. Served with hop salt fries.

Masala Chicken Strips | $12
Chicken tenders marinated in buttermilk, Pale Ale and Garam Masala, deep fried and served with Curry aoili. 
Served with hop salt fries.

Chimi Cheese-Steak | $12
Hand-sliced grilled beef, Chop Chop Shop’s Red Basil Chimichurri, grilled onions, melted provolone cheese and 
crispy potato sticks.  Served with hop salt fries. 

Salt & Pepper Shrimp | $13:
Crispy fried jumbo shrimp tossed with Sichuan pepper-salt, Thai chilies, scallions, fried garlic and onions. 
served with Japanese Furikake seasoned rice. 

Fries | $6 
With hop salt and served with house-made Sofrito ketchup.
